I had a wonderful stay at Hema’s place. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and Hema was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.
The location was perfect — close to Condolim and Coco beaches. The amenities provided made the stay even more convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at White Feather Castle in Nerul, Goa. The property has a lovely, peaceful ambiance that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The decor is charming, and the surrounding greenery adds to the calm atmosphere. Hema, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
The cleanliness of the property was impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, though there are also great restaurants nearby if you prefer dining out.
We really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the cozy seating areas and the little touches that made the space feel more like home. The location is convenient, just a short drive from the beach and other attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and private.

We had a great stay at Hema’s property. She is extremely sweet and courteous. The house is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures and squeaky clean. The location is easily accessible to all the main attractions. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to visit again soon!

The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again

Excellent Home Stay option. 10 mins from Condolim beach and close to Restaurant. The apartment is located in a peaceful location. very well maintained and hygienic. The owner Ms Hema is an excellent host.

The property is at a location and nearby to some of the famous clubs such as LPK. Beaches like Candolim, Baga and Calangute are really closeby. The host is really helpful and proactive reaching out with checkin details. She was kind enough to allow us an early checkin. We faced no issues during our stay. If you would like to book a place which is nearby to some of the amazing places to visit in North Goa, you wont regret booking this place!

A pleasant stay indeed. Can’t thank Hema enough, she has been a lovely host. The place is super clean, spotless i must say. one of the best properties in Goa.
Pros:-
1. Fully equipped house and kitchen, whole house is air conditioned
2. Nearby to all the good places, may it be a grocery store or restaurant and beaches 20 mins is all it takes.
3. Alll amenities available, host is also very responsive.
4. Peaceful surrounding. The balconies have a great view
